The NFE Group – Advance Performance
For those of you that haven’t unsubscribed, Welcome to this, our 1st edition of NewsBrief.
NewsBrief gives you the opportunity to learn a little more about the NFE Group, what developments or news items there are from its constituent companies and to source more general news features that might be of interest.
The NFE Group
NFE’s strapline is Advance Performance and it is the simple philosophy behind these words which underpins all of NFE’s activities. The NFE Group comprises three companies, all of which are dedicated to raising or advancing the performances of individuals, teams, groups and organisations.
The three businesses have worked closely together for several years but have now decided to formalise their arrangements, sharing resource, facilities and of course the management team and other staff.
Automotional’s area of expertise lies in advancing the performance of drivers and, by doing this, in substantially improving the performance of its client companies in terms of reduced accidents, improved fuel efficiency, compliance with legislation, improved vehicle residual values, reduced staff turnover and improved welfare. Providing clients with a fully flexible and accessible driver risk management solution, based around the individual needs of drivers alongside those of the employer.
D&S Events has long been viewed as one of the most innovative and unusual events management companies in the UK. Its creative team, together with a panoply of specialists in their chosen fields will design, supply and provide pretty much whatever kind of event you or your organisation want to put on whether in the UK or indeed, Worldwide.
Performance on Demand is at the forefront of individual, personal and professional development. It works extensively within the business, education, healthcare and sports environments. Pretty much anywhere where high levels of stress can adversely impact on the performance of individuals, groups and even whole organisations.
Managing stress, both in the workplace and in the home, is probably as important in today’s world as it’s ever been. POD’s innovative, online stress/performance management assessment provides individuals with the means to review and monitor the degree to which stress is playing a part in their lives and can help to identify strategies to minimise its harmful effects.

Comet Driving Stars event
Following on from the hugely successful Comet Driving Stars event last September we were delighted to be delivering this high profile event again this year. Drivers compete throughout the year in their regions to qualify for one of the 36 places at the final held at Donington Park in September. As well as 7 driving activities we also provide a gala dinner for 120 guests at the Thistle Hotel, complete with entertainment.
The event is supported by many suppliers and of courses enhances the profile of safe driving within the organisation.
Other driver of the year events have also been delivered throughout 2011 and two more are planned for November. With superb facilities at Donington and the wide range of hotel accommodation available, we are perfectly placed to deliver these unique and innovative events, that enhance any company’s Driver Risk Management programme.
Mobility and Motability
D&S Events has been involved in the annual Mobility Roadshow for many years now and was again responsible for many of the live and interactive aspects of this year's show, held at Peterborough on 30th June and 1st & 2nd July.
